The Africa Institute of Directors is a Professional Organization made up of men and women of high degree of integrity, reputation and status. We are pleased with your interest in the Institute. The information below sheds some light on the processing time and other updates.

Africa Institute of Directors Membership Procedure:
The application process for Africa Institute of Directors membership takes at least four (4) weeks. Your Membership must be approved by the Governing Council and the Executive Committee of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, before Provisional Admission can be communicated to you.

All intending members must be referred by a Financial Member of the Institute.

Africa Institute of Directors Membership Certificates:
Please be informed that attendance of the Africa Institute of Directors Company Direction Course 1 is mandatory to qualify as a member of the Institute. Membership Number, Membership Identity Card and Membership Certificate shall ONLY be presented during the Induction Ceremony. This takes place three times in a year (April, July and November) and it is compulsory for all new members to attend. Members who are unable to attend the Induction ceremony will have to wait to attend the next Induction ceremony to collect their Certificates and Identity cards.

Required Documents
At the point of submission, please attach the following documents to the completed form: Two Passport Photographs, Personal Profile (Detailed Resume), Company Profile, Certificate of Incorporation, Form CO7, Work Permit for Foreign Nationals and Letter of Introduction from your Company Secretary.
